Notification of Change in Registered Matters

If there is a change in your registered drone's details (such as owner information) or if the drone gets a new owner, the owner (or the new owner) must report this change to the government within 15 days.

Requirement as structured

The owner of a registered unmanned aircraft (or the new owner, in the case of a change of ownership) must notify the Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of any changes to the registered matters specified in Article 132-4, Paragraph 1, Item 5, 7, or 8 within 15 days from the date the change occurred.

登録無人航空機の所有者（所有者の変更があつたときは、変更後の所有者）は、第百三十二条の四第一項第五号、第七号又は第八号に掲げる事項に変更があつたときは、その事由があつた日から十五日以内に、その変更に係る事項を国土交通大臣に届け出なければならない。
