4. 3 kap. 5 och 6 §§ ska tillämpas vid verksamhet och flygning med obemannade luftfartyg i den öppna kategorin enligt artikel 4 i förordning (EU) 2019/947 och som motsvarar kategori 2 i dessa föreskrifter.
