§ 9 . Behandling av informasjon Informasjon om et forbudsområde skal behandles i samsvar med sikkerhetsloven og sitt graderingsnivå fastsatt etter § 3 andre ledd. Det kan ikke utleveres sikkerhetsgradert informasjon uten samtykke fra Nasjonal sikkerhetsmyndighet. Dette gjelder ikke utlevering til andre operatørselskaper med leverandørklarering som benyttes som underleverandør eller til Statens kartverk.
