Osoba niepełnoletnia ubiegająca się o wydanie certyfikatu kompetencji pilota bezzałogowego statku, o którym mowa w art. 156p ust. 1 pkt 2, przystępuje do egzaminu z wiedzy teoretycznej, o którym mowa w UAS.OPEN.030 pkt 2 lit. c części A załącznika do rozporządzenia nr 2019/947/UE, za zgodą jednego z rodziców albo opiekuna prawnego.
