If you are flying under a Standard Scenario (STS) declared in another EU country, you must send a copy of that declaration and its receipt confirmation to the IAA before operating in Ireland.

A UAS operator registered in another EASA Member State intending to conduct 'Specific' category standard scenario operations in Ireland must provide the IAA with a copy of their declaration and the confirmation of receipt from their home state.

A UAS operator registered in an EASA Member State other than the Republic of Ireland, that intends to conduct ‘specific’ category cross border standard scenario operations or standard scenario operations in Ireland, for which a declaration has been made, shall provide the Irish Aviation Authority, as the competent authority, with a copy of the declaration submitted to the Member State of registration, as well as a copy of the confirmation of receipt and completeness to drones@iaa.ie.
