Cuando el incumplimiento de la obligación de realizar dicha comunicación previa o de las prohibiciones o restricciones que se puedan imponer a las operaciones de UAS puedan incardinarse en alguna de las infracciones en materia de seguridad ciudadana tipificadas en el capítulo V de la Ley Orgánica 4/2015, de 30 de marzo, de Seguridad Ciudadana, le será de aplicación el régimen sancionador establecido en dicha ley.
