prieš pradėdamas naudoti žemės sklypą skrydžiams sklypo savininkas arba naudotojas privalo apie žemės sklypo naudojimo skrydžiams pradžią informuoti Agentūrą ir pateikti Agentūros patvirtintos formos deklaraciją Agentūros nustatyta tvarka. Žemės sklypo savininkas arba naudotojas užtikrina, kad nebūtų viršytas skrydžių dienų per kalendorinius metus skaičius.
