UAS Ownership and Registration for Recognized Entities

Recognized Entities must either own the training drones or have a formal agreement to use them. They are also responsible for making sure these drones are properly registered and insured.

Requirement as structured

Recognized Entities (RE) must either own the UAS used for practical training or hold a written agreement transferring availability from the owner, and the RE must verify that the UAS meets all registration and insurance obligations.

Gli UAS sono di proprietà della RE o nella sua disponibilità. In quest’ultimo caso è presente un atto con cui il proprietario dell’UAS ne cede la disponibilità alla RE, che ha il compito di verificarne l’assolvimento degli obblighi assicurativi e di registrazione.
