Safe Distance and 1:1 Rule

You must keep at least 30 meters away from people. This distance must increase if you fly higher (matching your height, 1:1) or faster (at least the distance your drone travels in 2 seconds at top speed).

Requirement as structured

A horizontal distance of at least 30 meters must be maintained from uninvolved persons, increased in accordance with the '1:1' principle (horizontal distance equals flight altitude) and flight speed (not less than the distance the aircraft travels in 2 seconds at maximum speed).

āievēro vismaz 30m attālums horizontālā plaknē, to palielinot atbilstoši “1:1” principam (attālumums horizontalā plaknē = lidojumu augstumu) un lidojuma ātrumam (attālums nedrīkst būt mazāks par distanci, ko bezpilota gaisa kuģis pie maksimalā lidojuma ātruma spēj nolidot 2 sekundēs).
