Est puni de l'amende prévue pour les contraventions de la troisième classe le fait, pour un télépilote, de faire circuler un aéronef sans équipage à bord, dans les conditions des sous-catégories A1 ou A3 prévues respectivement aux points UAS.OPEN.020 et UAS.OPEN.040 de l'annexe du règlement d'exécution (UE) 2019/947 de la Commission du 24 mai 2019, sans avoir obtenu l'attestation de réussite à un examen théorique en ligne conformément aux points UAS.OPEN.020 ou UAS.OPEN.040 de l'annexe du même règlement.
