Verified from official sourcesLBK nr 570 af 19/05/2025, § 126 eVersion 2Effective -Verified 23 August 2026
In plain language
If the police suspect you are flying under the influence, or if you refuse to take a breath, saliva, sweat, or eye test, they can take you to a station or hospital for blood and urine tests, or a medical exam.
Requirement as structured
The police may bring the pilot of a drone in for a blood and urine sample if there are grounds to believe the pilot has breached § 126 e(1), (2) or (3), or if the pilot refuses to take part in a breath, saliva or sweat test or an eye examination. If the suspicion concerns matters other than alcohol, the police may also bring the person for examination by a doctor; the same applies on suspicion of alcohol influence when special circumstances so warrant.
Original regulatory text
Stk. 5.
