A recognized training entity will lose its official status if it does not fix identified issues within 6 months of its activities being restricted, or if it fails to start any of its planned training activities within 24 months of being recognized.

Civilās aviācijas aģentūra anulē atzītās struktūras statusu, ja tā: 32.1. sešu mēnešu laikā pēc darbības ierobežošanas nav novērsusi Civilās aviācijas aģentūras konstatētās neatbilstības; 32.2. 24 mēnešu laikā pēc atzītās struktūras statusa iegūšanas nav uzsākusi nevienu no iesniegumā par atzītās struktūras statusa saņemšanu plānotajām darbībām.
