If you hold a Part 102 certificate, you are responsible for making sure all your pilots and crew members are informed of and follow your certificate conditions, exposition, and applicable Part 101 rules.

The certificate holder must ensure that all operators and other personnel involved in operations conducted under the certificate are notified of and comply with the certificate conditions, Part 101, and the exposition.

(b) The certificate holder is responsible for ensuring that any other operator or other personnel involved in an operation conducted under the authority of that certificate are notified of and comply with the requirements of paragraph (a).
