Specialized training under UAS.SPEC.050 must be conducted by a drone operator whose operational authorization explicitly allows them to run this training in cooperation with the Polish Civil Aviation Authority (ULC) or another designated operator.

Training referred to in UAS.SPEC.050 point 1(d)(iii) of Part B of the Annex to Regulation 2019/947/EU must be conducted by a UAS operator who has obtained an operational authorization specifying that the training is to be conducted in cooperation with the President of the Civil Aviation Authority or another designated operator.

Szkolenie, o którym mowa w UAS.SPEC.050 pkt 1 lit. d ppkt iii części B załącznika do rozporządzenia nr 2019/947/UE, jest prowadzone przez operatora systemu bezzałogowego statku powietrznego, który uzyskał zezwolenie na operację, o którym mowa w art. 12 ust. 2 rozporządzenia nr 2019/947/UE, w warunkach którego wskazano, że szkolenie ma być prowadzone we współpracy z Prezesem Urzędu lub z innym operatorem wskazanym przez Prezesa Urzędu.
